About Laser Hair Removal
Laser hair removal is a revolutionary treatment that uses concentrated light energy to target and destroy hair follicles at the root. Unlike
traditional methods like waxing or shaving, laser treatments provide long-lasting results by reducing hair growth over time. Suitable for all
skin types, this non-invasive procedure is quick, effective, and minimizes irritation. Whether you’re looking for smooth legs, a flawless
bikini line, or a hair-free back, our advanced technology ensures safe and comfortable treatments tailored to your needs.
Our state-of-the-art laser systems are designed for all skin types, including sensitive and tanned skin, ensuring a comfortable experience
with minimal downtime. With each session, hair grows back finer and lighter until achieving smooth, hair-free skin. Whether you want to
treat small areas like the face or larger areas like the legs or back, our expert team customizes each session for optimal results.

Benefits of laser hair removal
Laser hair removal provides a more permanent solution to unwanted hair, offering smooth, hair-free skin with minimal maintenance. Unlike waxing, which requires regular treatments and can be painful, laser hair removal targets
the hair follicles to prevent regrowth, saving both time and money in the long run while ensuring a more comfortable experience.

Laser Hair Removal: What You Need to Know
-
How Many Treatments Are Needed? The average person generally requires between 8-12 treatments. The treatments are usually 4-6 weeks apart. Sometimes with hormonal issues like PCOS and thyroid disorders, or larger body areas - additional treatments are needed.
-
Can I Tan While Receiving Laser Hair Removal? No tanning in between treatments. SPF of at least 35 should be used during sun exposure as hyperpigmentation (darkening of the skin in the area treated) may occur in a small percentage of people.
-
What Happens After My Treatment? After the treatment the hair will go through a 3 week shedding process. The majority of the hair will shed out in 3 to 4 days after the treatment but it can take up to 3 weeks or more for stubborn hairs to work their way out. By the end of the 3rd week you will start to see the effects of the laser hair removal treatment. The hair will grow in slower and less coarse and may appear patchy.
-
Why Do I Still See Hair After My Laser Session?Laser does NOT treat the hair itself, so you will still see hair after the treatment. Laser targets the papilla, which is at the base of the follicle that supplies nutrition to the hair. It takes several treatments to stunt the hair growth. Even after hair stops growing in additional treatments are required to ensure the hair stays gone long term. After the initial series of treatments, touch up treatments will be needed eventually, based on hormonal fluctuations and aging.
-
What Are the Common Side Effects? Some typical reactions are redness, bumps and sometimes swelling. It is possible for these to last up to two to three days but most will only be slightly pink for about 10 minutes.
-
How Large is the Treatment Area Per Laser Pulse? With every one second pulse of the laser it will cover the surface area of about the size of a nickel, treating all the hairs within that circumference.
-
Does Laser Work on All Hair Colors?Laser does not work on blonde, gray or white hair.
-
Is There Pain During the Treatment?Ice packs are offered to numb the area before and during the treatment. We also offer a topical anesthetic cream that is recommended for sensitive areas such as the lip underarms and bikini. The topical needs to be applied 45 minutes before the treatment, so it can be sent home with you after your first appointment to be applied for your future treatments.
-
How Does the Laser Work? The Candela gentle yag is a device that produces an intense but gentle burst of light that fragments to reduce hair growth with selective destruction and minimal harm to the surrounding tissue.
